　　　　　　　　　　　　　＊We, on behalf of our client (Owner), claimed for a certain termination amount against a guarantor of

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 an intermediate sub-bareboat charterer as per the sub-BBC, in the situation where the end-sub-bareboat

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 charterer went bankrupt, which caused the BBC charter-chain to be entirely broken off.

We successfully obtained a judgment in complete favor of our client (Owner).
